Master in Public Administration from Harvard University and Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, expert in public policy with extensive experience in transparency and data protection. He was President of the Council for Transparency of Chile, Vice Chair of the OECD's expert group on integrity, Consultant to the IDB, the UN and ECLAC. He was part of the team of experts that supported for two years the discussion of the data protection bill in the Constitutional Commission of the Chamber of Deputies and the Joint Commission.
PhD in Law from Northwestern University. Lawyer from the Universidad Alberto Hurtado, Master in Government and Society from the Department of Political Science of the same university and a Master of Laws from Northwestern University. He is Professor of Law and Director of the LegalTech Chair at the Universidad Central. He was Legal Director (S) and Head of the Policy and Regulations Unit of the Council for Transparency and has directed and participated in research projects with national and foreign funding on personal data, Artificial Intelligence and work via digital platforms in Chile.
