Marcelo Drago Aguirre

Master in Public Administration from Harvard University and Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with extensive experience in transparency and data protection. He was President of the Council for Transparency of Chile, Vice Chair of the OECD's expert group on integrity, Consultant to the IDB, the UN and ECLAC. He was part of the team of experts that supported for two years the discussion of the data protection bill in the Constitution Commission of the Chamber of Deputies and the Joint Commission. He is President of the Trade Association of Professionals in Personal Data Protection (AGDP Chile). Director of the Diploma New Personal Data Protection in Chile: Exercise and Corporate Compliance of the University Central de Chile. Partner of DataCompliance.
